In the matter of "The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the several Acts amending the same, and of the bankruptcy of Walter Luckman, of Gorton, near Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Labourer, a Debtor. Notice is hereby given that a sufficient number of creditors of the said Walter Luckman not having attended the first meeting of creditors appointed to be held on Saturday, the sixth day of October instant, in the District Courthouse, Hamilton, at the hour of 1 1 o'clock in the forenoon, or at the adjournment thereof on Monday, the eight day of October instant, at the same hour and place, I have, in pursuance of section 46 of the said Act, appointed Thomas Macffarlane, of Auckland, certificated - accountant 'in bankruptcy, to be the Creditors Trustee of the property of the aboye-named Walter Luckman, and that the said' Thomas Macffarlane : has signified in writing to me his acceptance of such trusteeship.
