LONDON, October 12.— Consols have further advanced to 101|.— New Zealand securities are quoted to-day as follow :— 5 per cent. 10—40 loan, 103.]t ; 5 per cent. 1880 loan, 107 ; 4^per cent. 1870—1004 loan, 101} ! ; 4 per cent, inscribed stock, 101 \. The tota,l quantity of wheat afloat for Great, Britain is 1,804,000 quarters, an increase of 10,000 quartern during the week. Tho markets for Australian grain and tallow ai-e without quotable change. Copra : Sydney, sun-chied, £20 10-. per ton. Leather : Best sides have advanced to 11 fd per lb.
