CONDITIONS. Entrance fee to bo forwarded with nomination and colours, age, and pedigree ot hoi.se, addressed to the Secretary, Post-office Cambridge, or Mr W. Percival, Auckland, not later than Monday, the 12th November, 1883. Weights will appear in Auckland and Waikato papers on Thursday, the loth Novembir, 1883. Acceptance money payable to Secretary or Mr Percival, by Saturday, 3 7th November, ISS3, before 10 p.m. Weights for Stew aids 1 Handicap will be declared after the Cup ha<j been run for, and acceptances will be received up to a quarter of an hour before the race. In the event of a walk over, only 30 per cent, of stakes will be paid. No enti y will be received except on the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections aiising shall be decided by the •Stewudb, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 2sovs. which \\ ill be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious.
