The Royal Mail Coach (carrying passtngeis) will on and after Ist January, 1883, and, until further notice, run to the follow ing Time-table :—: — Leave Camhiidge for Hamilton Junction Railway Station daily at 8. 13 a.m. ; Returning trom Station to Cambiidge on arrival of Tiain from Auckland. Leave Hamilton for Te Aroha on Tuesdays, Thuibday, and Satuidays at 2.30 p.m. ; Returning fiom Te Aioha on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fndays at 10 a.m.

Sage in returning thanks to his numerous customer for the libeial support he has iecei\ed since running the Coach between Alexandra and Te Awamutu begs to inform them that his coach will still continue to run between Alexandra and Te Awamutu Station, in connection with the trains to and from Auckland. Waggons for the com eyance of commercial travellers will be- supplied on the shortest notice either by telegram or otherwise. On and after Monday, Apiii 2nd, and during the winter months, the fare between Alexandra and Te Awamutu will be 4s. J. SAGE, Coach Proprietor.

FARMERS have not realised the value of concrete to them, and are kept from using it through mistaken ideas of cost, and fear that they cannot carry out such woiks as concrete dairies, out-buildmg3, tanks, sheep-dips, &c, or lay kitchen, dairy, barn, cowshed, stockyard, piggery, fowl-house, or any 'other floors, without engaging skilled labour. No doubt men acquainted with the work have the advantage, but still, any intel gent man who follows our instructions can soon acquire the necessary
information. A dairy' Bft.' x 10ft. by Bft. high, if lined, will take 1000 ft of timber for walls and floors, at 15s per 100 ft, £7 10s. The same in concrete requires 40 bushels of lime at' Is 9d,£3 10s, and eight yards gravel at 4s, £1 12s— or 48s lesa than timber When gravel is not available, ridh clay, Well burned, makes & good substitute. The cost of burning a cubic from ]s'6d to 2s with ' wood, or 28 to 2s 6d with coal.
