The Hamilton and Cambridge Railway, strongly fenced on both sides of line, runs through this and Plot No. i, having five private crossings quarter of a mile apart. The Mangaonua Railway Station is less than half a mile from the N W. boundary of Plot No. 3, and the Tamahere Station 3 ot a mile from the S E. bdundary of Plot No. 4, comprising 250 acres. Both tkese plots can be taken together or separately. Price . £3 15s per acre. Terms : If the whole block be taken by any one purchaser, or by several conjointly, £7500. If each plot be sold separately, then at the rate noted opposite each. Ons-third cash, remainder can remain on mortgage at 7 per cent. The above rates are much below those obtained for precisely similar quality lands abutting this estate, ranging from £4 to £7 10s per acre (including portions unimproved).
