GREYMOUTH, Last Night.
A bad coach accident occurred this morning, the brake gave way when the Reefton coach was coming down Twelve Mile Hill. John Mitchell, the proprietor of the line of coaches, and two pa,<wengers weie very much hurt, two hoi\se;> killed, and the coach smabhed to pieces.
Later. Mitchell was chiving 1 , the regular driver being innide. On the box-seat weie Mrs Temperley, Miss Kilgour and Mr Golitely, a commercial traveller. Inside the coach, besides* the driver, were a lady, a jockey named Sandy, and a Chinaman. Those inside the coach ehcaped comparatively utiinjmed, beyond a severe bhakinp, ami tho,se outside ebcaped miraculously. The coach fell on top of MU-, Kilgour,, but .she sustained, only slight injin-ieH, Mitcjhell is very ifliioh/cHlancl bruised, n£ l his collarbo»e broken, The bill is usually know as Dively's or Twelve Mile, and is very dangeious,
