Y~6 ~ii s~a l~ FT Farm of 1686 acres in Tamahere, three miles from the town of Hamilton, Waikato, abutting Public Road to Tamahere Railway Station. The whole of the land is culturable, rich, and level throughout, well-watered, and all fenced, with the exception of 612 acres unimproved, from which the fern has been lately burnt off, making the land fit tor immediate plough* ni£. Some 600 acres have been cleared, ploughed, and put under grass. There are 12-} miles of double ditch and bank, with live fence or w.ittled, single ditch and bank with three and four wires; also, post and seven wiie fencing. The whole block can be taken by any one purchaser, or to suit the convenience of parlies requiring smaller areas, can be divided into five or six compact farms as below. If each plot be sold separately, then at the rate noted opposite each. One-third cash, remainder can remain on mortgage at 7 per cent.
