Constables Median and Stanton returned from Murimotu to-night with Ara]ieta, the ringleader in the interference withThorpe's survey party. Arapeta, who offered no resistance, was arrested without difficulty under warrant on a charge of the larceny of theodolities. He will be brought before the R.M. to-morrow.
