Mr J. S. Bucklvnd iikpohm :—At the horse sale at Cambridge on Saturday last, there was a fair attendance of buyers, and a good number of houses were entered. The -bidding, however, was not brNk. Heavy draughts Bold from £31 to €35; medium ditto and plough homes, from €12 to €20; one good hack Hold for €21, and others ' ranged from £4 to £S 15s. At the Ohanp> ' Cattle Bale on Tuesday there was a largo attendance, and the yards wore moderately well filled. Fat cattle wore in demand at prices ranging from, for steers, €7 l"w to £10 2* fid ; for fat cows, € i 2s fid to £G JLO< ; npringing heifers brought from €5 to £~> 17* 6d, and springing cow-., £1 to €c?; store cowa brought from €1 11s to €2 l."js. St"er calves were in demand at fiom €1 10s to £2 ; grown steers (stores) brought fio-.n £4 7b 6d to i& tvt. One pen of four-year-old uteera (atorea) were sold for €i! 12s Gd. Longwool ewes and lambs fetched 21s 3d ; fAt alieep, 13« to 14s Od ; store sheep, % Gd to 10s.
