Any subscriber drawing a horse in any list will be allowed, if he so desires it, to invest in the following list any sum not exceeding Four Pounds without remitting any further cash, this amount to be ultimately deducted from prize money. It will be observed that these lists will average one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger list oi 'previous years.
