At this morning's sitting of the Land Board lottcr.s weic leceived from the s>uspected " Dummies " in Tasmania, Percell and the brothers Young, piotesting against the decision not to issue licenses to them, and stating that they are ready to occupy the land foi their own use and benefit. The letters were merely recei vecl. The Supreme Oouithas decided that the board's refusal to is^ue the licenses was abnolute, and unless the decision is set aside no further step can be taken. The decision is to be appealed against.
