J. .Dukes was cordially and unanimously invited to remain for the third year. Mr Dukes thanked the stewaick and friends for the invitation, and expiessed a hope that the Confeience would le-appoint him to the circuit. A lesolution approving of Methodist Union was earned unanimously. After the meeting, the friends retired to the school, wheie tea had been prepared by the ladies of the congregation.
