A proclamation has been issued by the Irish Executive declaring certain parts of counties Mayo, Clare, and Limerick to be disturbed districts. Tho force of constabularly there is found to be insufficient to preserve order, and it is to be strengthened.
Madrid, September 21. An official denial has been given, to the reports that recently have been, current heie to the effect that King Alfonso, who,!* now on a visit to the German Emperor, is taking advantage of his presence at the German Court to bring about an alliance between the two countries.
Viknxa, September 21. Late reports from Croatia state that the province is still in a disturbed state. Serious anti-Magyar disturbances have taken place at Krentz, a town near Agram. .The troops were called out to quell the outbreak, and fired upon the rioters, ten of whom were killed and a number seriously wounded.
