Tlio fire in the Coledonian No. 1 level is now well under control, ami though it may smoulder for some time, it is not likely to do any harm. The Waiotahi and Caledonian men are able to work, and the Golden Crown should Btart before long. GREYMOOTH, Last Night. Arrangements are being made by the Lani Leugtic here to present an address of welcome to Messrs Redmond and Walsh « hen they arrive, and to give a banquet in their honour on the e\ening of their meeting.
