The market rate of discount has fallen to 3?| per cent ; the bank rate is 3^. The grain market continues dull, with" a downward tendency. Adelaide wheat, e\ stoi c, remains at 47-s ; New Zealand ditto lias fallen Is b'd pL>r quarter, and is now quoted at 41s to 4.")^. AdeUido flour is 335. The tallow market is unchanged.
