Mr Hay appealed for the plaintiff, and defendant conducted his own case. Mr Hay detailed the featmes of the case, which were, shortly, to the effect that defendant had been employed to do some woik for plaintiff, and owing to his failing to carry it out properly, ijlaintiff had buffeied considerable damage. The plaintiff was examined at some length, and his evidence had not concluded when the court rone. The court will bit at 9 o'clock this morning.
