Baiton. Claim L3l Bs. Mr Hay for judgment creditor. Ordered to pay LL r > per month. Geo. Lamb v. Walter Luckman. Claim L4G 4s. Mr J. P. Campbell for the judgment creditor. Ordeiecl to pay LI per month.
Civil Cases. Ellison and Latchmore v. G. L. Scott. Adjoin necl. R. Lamb v. 0. Bell. Claim L 55 5s lOd. Judgment by default foi full amount claimed, with costs. T. G. Sandes v. H. G. Graeme. Claim L5B ss. For loss and damages occasioned by defendant's alleged incompetency, and for damages to plaintiff's leputation as a Ssiuveyor, &c. Mr Hay appealed for the plaintiff, and defendant conducted his own case. Mr Hay detailed the featmes of the case, which were, shortly, to the effect that defendant had been employed to do some woik for plaintiff, and owing to his failing to carry it out properly, ijlaintiff had buffeied considerable damage. The plaintiff was examined at some length, and his evidence had not concluded when the court rone. The court will bit at 9 o'clock this morning.
