"p O R SALE. Farm of 165(5 acres in Tamahere, three miles horn the town of Hamilton, Waikato, abultmq Public Road to Tnmaheic Railway Station. Tlie whole of the land is culturable, lieh, and level throughout, well- watered, and all fenced, with the exception ot 612 acres unimproved, from which the fern lias been lately burnt off, making the land fit lor immediate ploughing. Some GOO acres have been cleared, ploughed, and put under grass.
