"OOEOUGH OF HAMILTON. NOTICE is hereby given that a special meeting of tbe council of the ftorough, duly convened in accordance with the " Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and held at the Council Chambers, on Monday, the 3rd of September, 1883, the following resolution was adopted, viz; That a. new street be laid out on the east side the borough, such street to be sixty-six feet wide, as marked out by the survey pegs now in the ground : commencing at s>oction No. 229,' parish of Kirikiruoa on the eastern boundary line of the said borough, and terminating at allotment No. 371 a, Hamilton E.ist, the bearings of said street being 94" 18', and running parallel to Seddon's drain through Crown Lands, and that the new street be named Skddox-strbbt, and dedicated to the public.
