Tlio school at pi cent is not in the centre of a populous distnet, vide the school attendance ; neither will a school anywhere on the mam load in Hautapu be in the oentie of a populous distuct, for the veiy icason that the Waikato River runs parallel with the mam 1 oad, with no back settleis between the, mam load and the Waikato Kiver.
