THE CAMBRIDGE DOMAIN LANDS MONOPOLY.
TO THE EDITOR. * Sir, — There are individuals in Cambridge who would be very sore if you in the slightest doubted their veracity, in fact eveiy man's word here is his bond — sxcept whan they haye leased a piece of the Cambridge domain lands above its value (so as that other fellow should should not get it). I am curious to know what the JDomam Board will do in reducing Messrs Hewitt andCo's. bid at auction for those lands. Should not the other fellows have a say in the matter ? If uot, I, at least, would like one or two of the lots at the original price which are heldby'some'bf the petitioners. — ogrs,#c,, , Cambridge, September 13thf i
