NOTICE is hereby given that a special meeting- of the council of the Borough, ..duly convened in accordance with the " Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," and held at the Council Chambers, on Mondaj', the 3rd of September, 1883, the following resolution was adopted, viz; That a now'strcot' be laid 'out on the east side the borough, such street to be sixty-six feet wide, as marked out by the survey pegs now in the ground ; commencing at soctipn No. 1 229, > parish' of Kinkiruoa' on 'the eastern boundary line of the said borough, and terminating 1 at allotment .No. 371 a, Hamilton E-ist, the bearings of said street being 94" 13', and running parallel to Seddonfs drain through Crown Lands, and that the new street be named Seddon- street, and dedicated to the public.
