WAIKATO CHEESE AND, BACON FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED.)
TitKifirst general meeting of the Waikato Cheese and Bacon Factory Company (Liniited) was held last night, at the office of the company, the Hamilton Auction Mart. 340 shares 'were represented by pVoxy, and seventeen shareholders, representing 075 shares, attended. S. T. Seddon, Esq, chairman of the directors, occupied the chair, and read the notice from The Waikato Ti»ic>> convening the meeting. The Chairman, in a most exhaustive speech, moved the adoption of the balance-sheet. Seconded by Mr Barugh, and carried unanimously. On tlie resolution of Messrs Sandes and Kilgpcumbe, a unanimous vote of thanks was nccorded to the ictirmg directors, which was responded to by S. T. .Seddon, Esq.
