Claim, £3 12s, costs, £1 2a.— Toe Toe Pareti if. F. 0. Fisher. Clai-n, £7 Is, costs, £2 8s 6d.— Asher' w. Hori Mere. Claim, £33 4s lOd, costs, £6 ,2s Evans and Ellis o. Luck man. Claim,' £3 Is Id, costs, 19s. — Yeates #. Manneriug. Claim, £3 9s 9£d, costs, £1 7s Gd. The following judgment summonses were disdisposed of : — Burgoyne v. Fisher. — Claim, £8 10s 6d. , Ordered to pay the amount and costs, £1 11s, in fourteen days, in default one month's imprisonment. —A. B. Campbell v. R. Campbell. Claim, £5 14s 6d. Ordered to paj r 'the whole amount, and, costs, £3 6s. by the 17th August, in default, two week's imprisonment. — Lamb v. Underwood. Claim, £12 14s. Ordered to pay the \yhole amount, and costs, £1 16s, •by weekly instalments of ss, failing to pay any instalment the whole amount to become due, in default, one month's imprisonment. This was all the bnsiness.
