Any subset iber diawing a horse in any list will be allowed, if he so desires it, to invest in the following list any sum not excepding Four Pounds without remitting any fuither cash, this amount to be ultimately deducted fiom ptizc money. It will be obseived that these lists will aveiage one prize in about fourteen tickets, instead of one in fifty, as in the larger list oi pievious yeais.
