DARGAVILLE, Last Night.

Two very bad accidents occurred here to-day. David Walker, of Awakino Bush, whilst dressing a kauri log, almost cut the big toe off his right foot. Tetanus is feared. Harry Baker, a half-caste, oi Oteria Bush, was jacking some timber when one of the pieces flew back, and both his legs were crushed between twe of the logs. Both men were brought in this morning, and are going to Auckland Hospital. The schooner takei them to Helensville, Dr Norton accompanying them.
