The undersigned has received instructions, from Mr James Harper, to sell at auction, on Friday, July 13 (unless previously sold privately), HIS FARM, at Ohaupo, containing SOO acres, fronting the Te Awamutu and Alexaudra roads, and within five minutes' walk of Railway Station, Post Office, and Sale Yards. This farm is pleasantly situated in an improving neighbourhood, securely fenced and subdivided, with abundance of water in each paddock. 400 Acres have been ploughed and laid down in grass. There is a good Dwelling-house, with suitable and commodious out-buildings, and six acres in garden and orchard.
