The trial of the seven dynamite conspirawho were arrested in April last in London and Birmingham commenced at the Old Bailey to day, before Loi'd Chief Justice Coleridge, Lord Justice Brett, and Mr Justice Grove. June 12. In the House of Lords last night, the second reading of the Bill for legalising marriage with a deceased wife's sister was, after the discussion, carried by a majority of seven. A vacaucy has occured in the representation of Monaghan in the House of Commons, Mr John Givan, the senior member has ing accepted the office of Crow n Solicitor. Captain G. H. Whalley, the junior member for Peterborough, has leagued his seat.
