Moscow, June 6, The Czar returns to the Imperial residence at Peterhoff on Saturday next, 9th instant.
London, June 6. It is announced that Sir E. Malet, late Diplomatic Agent and Consul-General in Egypt, has been appointed to succeed Sir Saville Lamhluy a<i British Minister at Brussels. Mr J. T Hibbert. M.P. for Oldham, who now occupies the Position of Political Secretary to the Home Office, has been appointed to succeed the Earl of Rosebery. Cairo, June 6, The first elections for the Egytian National Assembly are fixed for the end of the present month.
