At a Special Meeting of the Board, held on the 26th May, it was pi oposed and carried to LEVY A RATE of three earthings in the £ on' the' 16th of June, on all the rateable property in the district, in accordance with the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1882," for the year from the ,Ist April, ISB3, to the 31st March, 1884, payable in one instalment on the Ist August, 1883.
