Sydney, May A glove contest for £500 came off last evening between Foley and Miller. After two hours' boxing the match was drawn, Foleys friends having rushed the ring. The Australian Steam Navigation Company announce the establishment of a fortnightly service between Fiji and Sydney. An extroadinary session of Parliament was opened to-day. In the Legislative Conncil the Address-in-Reply was voted. In the Assembly a Ministeral Bill for legalising the use of steam motors on the tramways in the city was introduced. The debate on the Address-iu-Rcply has not yet taken place. Later. The debate in the Assembly on the Government Bill for legalising the use of steam motors on the city tramway was commenced this evening, and is r.ow (ten o'clock p.m.) proceeding.
