RATEPAYERS of Newcastle Riding are hereby notified in terms of section 12, Roads and Bridges Construction Act, ISS2, that the Wai pa County Council have made an application to the Government for a loan of £225 for the purpose of constructing that part of the main New-castle-Alexandra Road shown on the plans, within the Newcastle Riding, the estimated cost of which is £600. The 10 yeaily payments required to be made to Government will be £3 12s 6cl each and the special late required to meet them will be 1-1 6 th of a penny in the Pound on the rateable value per annum.
