Joseph Mullett and E. McCaffcry have been found guilty of participation' in the Phcenix Park murder, and have been sentenced toiion yean' penal' servitude. Thomas Doyle received a sentence of five yeats ; Edward OBrien, William Mahoney, and Daniel Delaney, who pleaded guilty, have been sentenced to 10 years' penal sorvitude. r The special commission for the trial^of the Phrcnix Pa»k prisoners is now closed.
