NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of Section 79, "Counties Act, 1876," that at a Special Meeting of the Waikato County Council, to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 30th inst., at which Councillor Johnson will move, in terms of Section 55, " Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882,"-- " That a Special Rate of one-third of A penny in tfie £ be made on all rateable property in the Rangiriri Outlying District, calculated to raise a sum of £100 required to be paid annually for ten years, in liquidation of the sum of £4000 applied for in terms of Part 1, 'Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882,' for the construction of main roads and bridges."
