Kelly Sentenced to Death. Loxdox, May 9, (evening). The second ti ml of Timothy Kelly for tlie muider of Lord JL<\ Cavendi&h and Mi 1 Burke concluded iv Dublin to-day. The jury returned a verdict of guilty, and sentence of death was passed upon the pihioner. Londox, May 10. The brother of Joseph Brady, who was sentenced to death on the 13th ultimo tor the murder of Lord F. Cavendish and Mr Buike, has been summoned on a chaige of sending a tlucatcning letter to the foreman of the jury by which Joseph Brady was found guilty.
