RATEPAYERS of Newcastle Riding are hereby notified in terms ot section 12, Roads and Biidges Construction Act, 18S2, that the Waipa County Council have made an application to the Government for a loan of £225 for the puipose of constructing that pait of the main New-castle-Alevandia. Road shown on the plans, within the Newcastle Riding, the estimated cost of which is £600. The 10 yearly payments required to be made to Government will be £5 12s 6d each and the special late rccjuned to meet them will be l-16th of a penny in the Pound on the rateable \alue per annum. Plans and particulars may be inspected at the office of Mr T. G. Sandes, Engineer to the Council, Hamilton.
