Ratepayers of Pukekura Riding, and of that paifc of Rangiaohia Riding lecently included in the Pnkekura Highway District, are hereby notified, in terms of section 12 " Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1882," that the Waipa' County Council have made an application to the Government for a loan of -£300, for the purpose of constructing that part of the Main Cambridge-Ohaupo Road commencing at Fleming's corner and extending 53 chains towards Ohaupo, within the Rangiaohia Riding, the estimated cost of which is £350. The ten yearly payments required to be made to Government will be £7 10s each, and the special late required to meet them will be J of a penny on the rateable value per annum. Plans and particulais may be inspected at the office of MrT. G Sandcs, Engineer to the Council, Hamilton. NOTICE is hereby given that, under the provisions of "Tho Public Works Act, 1852," the Waipa County Council propose to take the Lands nieutioncd'ln the Schedule hereunder for the purpose of a PUBLIC ROAD, and that the plans and descriptions of the Lands required are now-open for public inspection at the Post-office, Whatawhata, and the residence of Mr James Wells, Tuhikaramea, in the Road Districts of .Newcastle and Tuhikaramea respectively, at all reasonable hours for a period of forty days from the date hereof; and that all persons affected thereby are hereby called upon to set forth in Writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such Lands, and to send sucli -writing within forty days from the date hereof to the.
