THE "VrOJRTHEBN Tlf EA T pREEZING AND QTORAGE /COMPANY The Promoters of the above enterprise, | having accepted the terms of the Harbour Board for a site, desire to give everyone an opportunity of taking au interest, however small, in an undet taking which will be of great benefit to the community at large, and which is anticipated to yield a fair return for capital invested. It 18 not the intention of tho Promoters to confine the advantages of this enterprise to si few large capitalists. They desire smaller investors to take an interest in it. Their object is to establish tho Company on a broad basis, and to conduct the enterprise as far as possible by colonial men and with colonial capital. Before foiming a Provisional Directory, the Piomotcis desire all who wish to co operate with them to forward their names and i addresses not later than May 12th, to the Secretary, MrCiaig, at tho temporary offices of the Promoters, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland. A meeting will then be convened at which a Prospectus will be submitted for approval, and a Provisional Directory appointed.
