NOTICE is hereby given that at a Meeting of the above Council to be held at Cambridge, at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, the IStli hist., it is proposudto make the following Special Order :— " That the powers conferred upon this Council of making and levying rates within the Road Districts of Waitoa and Taot,ioroa I be delegated to the Board of each such District, subject to such exceptions and conditions as may be agreed upon.
