Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined one guinea. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the secretary, or clerk of the scales one half hour before starting. Any person refusing or neglecting to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding Ssovs. to the race fund. All disputes, claims, proteatsj and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards, or whosoever they may appoint, and such decision, on all points, shall be final. The Rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. No entries will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be tinal. AH protests must be accompanied by a deposit of 2sovs., which will be forfeited to the fund should the Stewards consider Sthe protest frivolous. , Frot race to start at 12 sharp : half hour, interval between each race, ■ Qualification fee one guinea for all races except pony and Selling Hack Race. No' entries will be received under any pretence unless accompanied by the v necessary cash. - Any jockey disobeying the commands Of the stirter wUI be fined £2.
