All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the secretary, or clerk of the scales one half hour before starting. Any person refusing or neglecting to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding Ssovs. to the race fund. All disputes, claims, proteatsj and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards, or whosoever they may appoint, and such decision, on all points, shall be final. The Rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. No entries will be received except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be tinal.
