Donedix, Tuesday. Major Atkinson dcliyered his address on the prevention of pauperism to-night to about 600 people. At it conclusion the meeting was addressed by Mr. Green, Mr. Fish, Mr. Bracken, and Mr. Stout, all dissenting from the plan proposed, but Mr. Stout urincipally in details, and speaking in complimentary terms of the scheme as a whole. Mr. Fish, like Mr. Green, announced his intention of holding a meeting to place a rival scheme before the public.
