Supreme Court Calendar.

The following is the calendar of prisoners for trial at the .Supremo Court at Auckland commencing on Monday, 2nd of April :— Chailes Werner, German, baker, single, horse-stealing ; second charge against same'prisoner for larcenoy; Nicholas Mui&h, New Zealander", labourer, single, assault with intent to commit a rape ; Peunka r.i Whakattttu, New Zoalander, peijnry ; Henry Whitlaker Duval, English, draftsmau, single, larcency as a bailee ; Thos. Gathorcole, cattle-stealing ; Edwin Jinnies W.ilker, Thomson Walker, Chns. Walker, George Gear, John Tyson, Edward Tripp, Manfred Scott, William Henry Grace, Thomas Jones, John Grice, Frederick Hoff, William Bowman, James Riley, George Riggi Charles Denton, John Cale, Richard Mitchell, Robort Murdock, and ,lame 3 Turnbull, charged with forcible ejection at Cambridge. In addition to those, Mahuki and his 20 followers will be arrainged for assault and robbery with violence. All the r Europeans can read and write. The calender this time is light.

Ths Produce Company. The first annual meeting of the Auckland Agricultural and Produce Company took pl.ice this afternoon, Mr G. W. Owen, chairman of directors, presiding. The piofits for the year amounted to £500,(?) being at the rate of 16J per cent upon the paid-up capital. The directors recommended payment of a' dividend of S per cent, the balance to be o rried to th a new profit and loss acccouut. The ropoit further stated that, dnring his iccent visit Home, Mr Owen had made diligent enquiry for iulormation that would be useful to them re projected mill.'
