And when I saw her bones at rest Beside, my father's grave, I took my buildle on my back 'And sailed across the Wave. But now that I've returned again I'll roam no more, don't fear Fjrom the hills and lovely valleys 'Of Ould Ireland, ever dear. I Wv'e got a, little cottage, With a dacent patch of ground, Below the door the river flows, And trees grow all around ; I'll make my Mary happy, But I'll not forget the day That'alien lawa drove me from home' '•And kindred far away.
