The medical evidence went to showthat the deceased had met Ins 'death by drowning, and tli.it there were no in,iil» of violence on the body. The fact of a handkerchief being found tied tightly round his ncok wag due to the swelling of the body after death. The jury, without retiring, returned a verdict of "Found diowned."
