CONDITIONS ; Nominations for Hurdle Race, Te Aroha Handicap and Publican's Purse close on Tuesday, March Oth, at S p.m., and weights will be declared on Saturday, the 10th March, 18S3. Acceptances and general entry on Tuesday, the 13th March, ISS3. Any person entering a horse, except for Novel Race, to be a subscriber of not less than one guinea. Any jockey riding except in colors named will be fined 5 soys. to go to race fund. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one half -hour befoie starting. Any person lefusing or neglecting to comply with this rule shall pay a fine not exceeding ssovs. to the race fund. All disputes, claims, protests and objections "libingout of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewatds, or whosoever thoy may appoint, and such decision shall be final.
