Notice is hereby piven that the R'lid Company have transmitted, or will before tho twentieth day of March, 1883, transmit to thr> Piako and T.iui'anga Couuty C'owacilft n. notice containing 1 , or accompanied by, the followingparticulars: — (1.) A copy of the Plan arid Book of Reference and an estimate of the cost of the proposed Rail- ' 'wiy^ find' of' "the equipment thereof. (2.) A statement of tho maximum rate of tolls and charges for the carriage of animals, goods, merchandise, and passengers proposed to be charged on suoh Railway. (3.) A statempnt of the ' maximum rent or charge ttvo v be made fpr the storage of goods, produce, or k merchandise. (4.) A statement of the minimum number of trains 1 to 'be run, daily. i (5.)
