In consequence of long continued failing health, the Proprietor lias resolved to Sell this favoured Hotel, situated in the very best business part of Hamilton, being within three minutes walk of the Court-house, and within one minute's walk of the Banks, Post and Telegraph Offices, Solicitors' offices, Auction Marts, and, in fact, in the very centre of the business of the Borough. The Hotel contains eighteen Bedrooms, five Sittingrooms, Billiard-ioom, Bar, ample cellarage and Store-rooms, with other necessary requirements for carrying on the business of a large hotel. The Stables contain four good loose boxes and stalls for twenty-five horses.
