IMPOUNDING NOTICE. IMPOUNDED, on the Farm of Mr F. Larkworthy, at Waitoa, by Mr Charles Collins, ajjent tor Mr F. Larkwoithy, on the Uth day of February, ISB3, 1 Horse, roan, hind feet white, and white stripe down the face, branded SAj on off shoulder, gelding, and shod all round ; owner unknown ; for trespassing on the lands of the said F. Larkworthy, at Waitoa aforesaid, for which Five Pounds damages is claimed ; and, in default of being released, the above horse will be sold by public auction at Mr F. PUBLIC NOTIFICATION is hereby given that at a meeting of the Waikato County Council appointed to be held on Wednesday, the 28th day of February next, Councillor Runciman will move in terms of Section 24th of " The Counties Act, 1876," " Amendment Act, ISS2," "That a special order be made by which the Tamahere Road District shall be constituted a Riding to be called the Tamahere Riding." And Councillor Primrose will moye — "That a special order be made delegating to the Kirikiriroa Road Board certain powers confeiTed upon the Council in terms of Section 53 of the Amendment Act above quoted."
