Larkworthy, at Waitoa aforesaid, for which Five Pounds damages is claimed ; and, in default of being released, the above horse will be sold by public auction at Mr F. And Councillor Primrose will moye — "That a special order be made delegating to the Kirikiriroa Road Board certain powers confeiTed upon the Council in terms of Section 53 of the Amendment Act above quoted."
