The promoters prqpose .to establish a cheese factory on the latest American principle on the property known as the Ohaupo Racecourse, and they propose to accept the offer of the Honorable James Williamson of 100 acres of land at £6 10s per aero, the whole of the purchase; money to remain on mortgage at 6% per annum for a term of seven years, the grand stand and other buildings to be taken at £150, of which £o0 is to be paid in cash, and the balance in 100 paid up shares to the company. The proposed factory will have the advantage of being located in a central and &uitable position, accessible by good loads from some of the best dairy farms in the district, and a good supply of milk can be depended upon. The buildings now on the ground are constructed of the best heart 'of kauri timber, and , are spacious, and easily convertible into the purpose required. The adjoining settlers and landowners have such cnnlidence in the undertaking that they have already agreed to take upwards of 1000 shares. The promoters, therefore, confidently recommend the proposed company to the public as a bonajidv investment. Applications for shares to be made to the Hon. Secretary, Mr Robt. N. Buttle, Rukuhia, or to the Provisional Directors, on, or before the Ist day of March next.
