In terms of Section 142, " Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," I hereby give notice that a POLL will be taken on THURSDAY, the fifteenth day of February, 1883, at the Town Board Office, on the underwritten proposals :— 1. That the Board, under powers conferred by Sec. 244 Municipal Corporations Act, 1876, propose to undertake the construction of Waterworks, for supplying the Town with pure water, the estimated cost of which is Three Thousand Pounds sterling. 2. That a Loan of Three Thousand Pounds sterling be raised under part 10 Municipal Corporations Act. 3.
