A Drunken Nuisance.—James Thompson, an elderly-looking tippler, was charged, on the information of Constable Brennan, with having been drunk on Saturday last in the town of Cambridge. Acaused was furthevcharged with having on the same occasion wilfully, unlawfully and obscenely exposed Jus person in the public street,—Constable Brennan stated the circumstances of the case. The prisoner's conduct had been of the most objectionable nature, and the offence was becoming very regular, and badly wanted suppressing. —A line of ss, or 48 hours' imprisonment, was inflicted for the first offence, and one months' imprisonment with hard labour for the second.
